Disneyland Vacation Packages

Disneyland vacation packages are a great way to have a fun vacation without breaking the bank. In addition, you can follow other savvy-travel techniques to further your savings.

If you visit Disneyland on the off season, you will avoid the huge summer crowds. After Christmas and the New Year is an excellent time for weather and ample space. Definitely  avoid summers and major school holidays because the place will be swarming with families. From mid-September to early October is another great time to visit.

Whatever the season, Monday to Wednesday are excellent days to visit Disneyland. If you arrive early you can skirt the afternoon crowds because most families arrive later to visit the park. Also, if you get there early enough, you wont have to stand in line forever to access the rides.

Residents of Southern California can purchase annual for a reduced price. Certain days are voided, but you still get plenty of valid visiting opportunities.

Save money by going to a restaurant outside of the park. There are local markets down the street which will save you additional money. Eating at the park is really fun, so you could plan one meal there per day, and other meals on the outside.  There are hotels within the borders of Disneyland as well as within walking distance, all offering the amenities for any budget.

Fast-passes are a good way to organize your time well. If you print out a map of the park and plan your trip in advance you can have time to see all the attractions that appeal to you.

Don't overdo it on the rides if you have any physical ailments such as a back injury. Avoid the more vigorous rides and heed the warnings at the entrance of the rides. And don't risk ruining your day by making yourself sick on rides like Space Mountain that may exceed your tolerance for speed and twists and turns. They may look exciting, and you may want to prove your own endurance, but you won't prove anything if you spend the rest of the day ill!
